- initial web site setup (How will look like my web site?),
- access to Manavell Content Management system,
- website and software hosting,
- technical support for MCM system (bugs and related) -tickets system or e-mail- and unlimited upgrades of MCM system.

In all cases the solution is provided with (Is this enough?):
- up to 400Mb of web site / database / e-mail hosting,
- up to 2Gb. of monthly transfer,
- up to 10 POP3 e-mail accounts,
- daily back-up of website content.

If you are already a customer or you are buying the complete solution of Manavell Websites, you can adquire the service of Dedicated Technical Support.
This service includes 5 monthly hours of dedicated support which can be used for:
- web site edition (contents or structure),
- system MCM's maintenance, its configuration or managed contents,
- e-mail accounts' maintenance,
- additional backups.
Monthly pricing: US$ 85.-
Additional hour princing: US$ 20.-
